Is it free?
Yes, during the beta.
Why invite-only?
It’s one person’s catalog in an early beta. Andy reads every request so the group stays small enough to listen to, and things get fixed fast.
How does sign-in work?
Request access with your email. Once Andy approves you, a sign-in link arrives by email. No password. Open it on your phone and that phone stays signed in.
What do you keep about me, and can I delete it?
Your name and email, the drinks you ask for, save and rate, and your shelf if you add one. It’s used to match your taste, never sold or shared. Your taste is yours: to erase everything, reply to any SipStir email or email Andy, and it’s deleted. The privacy page has the details.
Which languages?
English, Spanish, French, Brazilian Portuguese, Dutch and Italian. Pick yours with the language button.
How old do I have to be?
Of legal drinking age where you live: 21 in the US, 18 in most other countries. SipStir is for adults, and it helps you drink better, never more.
Does it ever push me to drink more?
No. It remembers what you liked, not how much. No counts, no streaks. It answers when you ask, and the only follow-up is one question the next day about a drink it suggested: did you make it, and how was it.
Can I use it from Claude or ChatGPT?
Coming. For now SipStir lives at bar.sipstir.co.
